These terms cover the public site and the member workspace at aapgitb.com, operated by AAPG Institut Teknologi Bandung Student Chapter.

Using the site

• Public pages may be read without an account.
• Join Us creates an application. An account can enter the workspace only after Human Resource approves it.
• You sign in with an approved Member ID and password, or with Google, on an account that belongs to you.
• Officers use the workspace only for chapter work and only inside the access their role allows.

Store and partnerships

A product can be ordered when it is published as available or pre-order and payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Sponsorship and contact messages are sent to the External Relations team. Published prices and stock on the site are the ones stored by the chapter, not a browser draft.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to enter another member’s account, change records you are not allowed to change, or upload files you do not have the right to share. The chapter can suspend an account that misuses the workspace.

Changes

The chapter can update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the workspace after that date follows the updated terms.
