Privacy
Last updated 24 October 2026
AAPG Institut Teknologi Bandung Student Chapter (“the Chapter”) runs aapgitb.com for public information and for members who sign in to the workspace. This page describes the information the site stores and who can see it.
Information we keep
- Account details you submit through Join Us: name, faculty, NIM, cohort, and the reason you apply.
- The Google account email used to sign in, and a session cookie on api.aapgitb.com.
- Officer and member records needed to run events, attendance, points, requests, and evaluations.
- Files you upload, such as a transfer proof, poster, or profile photo. Private files are not published.
- Store orders and partnership inquiries you choose to send.
Google sign-in
Sign-in with Google uses Google’s OAuth service. We receive your name, email address, and a stable account identifier. We do not receive your Google password. Google’s own privacy policy applies to the Google sign-in page.
Who can see it
Published portfolio text is public. Workspace records are limited to the role that needs them. Human Resource reviews new applications. ReflectHub messages are stored without the sender’s identity. Payment details for the store are handled by the payment provider, not written as a card number in our database.
How long we keep it
Membership and officer records stay while the account is active and for the chapter archive after it closes. You can ask Human Resource to correct your profile. Session cookies expire on their own.
